Diwali Offer — Terms & Conditions

1. The offer

Every order placed on leucita.com with an items subtotal of ₹1,000 or more (after all discounts, before shipping) receives one physical scratch card tucked inside the parcel. The card reveals a surprise offer — such as a discount on a future order or a free gift — that can be redeemed as described on the card.

2. Qualifying orders

• The threshold applies to the items subtotal after coupon and combo discounts, excluding shipping charges.
• Both prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery orders qualify.
• One scratch card per order, per household. The offer does not stack if an order contains multiple qualifying shipments.

3. Campaign window

The offer is valid on orders placed until 10 November 2026, or while scratch-card stock lasts. Orders placed outside this window do not qualify.

4. Redeeming the surprise

Gently scratch the foil on the card to reveal the offer and redemption instructions. Each card may carry a unique code; codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may carry their own expiry and conditions printed on the card.

5. Returns & cancellations

If a qualifying order is cancelled or fully returned, any scratch-card offer associated with it is void, and an unredeemed card must be returned with the parcel.

6. General

• Leucita reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time; changes apply prospectively.
• The scratch card is a promotional gift and carries no cash value.
• Standard terms of service and return & refund policy apply to all orders.
